The first step beyond the frame is to decide on the components. The frame specs constrain the component choices and components also dictate other components.

Here is my list:

By the way, Medium totally lacks any simple table table capabilities.

Total: $3,573

I’ve already found a few components from a MTB community member here in Fargo. Most notably a Sram Eagle carbon crank. Hopefully, this number goes down a bit.

But I am also prepared for a bunch of miscellaneous stuff like a shock air pump, pedals, and so forth. This list may be as high as $250.
